As-Built Plans follow along the lines of the Certified Plot plans. As-Built Plans are typically required by the city or town to verify that either a septic system was installed correctly or that town water or sewer pipes were connected and at what elevation they were connected. These typically require, what we call "True Elevations", which is just the real vertical datum in reference to sea level.
