Existing Conditions Plans

Existing Conditions Plans are sometimes required by an architect prior to designing a new addition to you home, or before a pool installation. The Existing Conditions Plan will show all site features including the dwelling, sheds, fences, driveway, tress, walls, topo/contouring of the site and any other features that would be on site that may affect the design process.

These plans are typically not recorded, PDFs to the Home owner and Architect along with a CAD file is typical for these types of projects. This is usually the first step in the design process and is beneficial to the home owner and designer.

Equipment We Use

We utilize the most up-to-date equipment, currently we have a Leica TS-13 Robotic Instrument, a Carlson Tablet Data Collector and a Sokkia GPS Unit. This equipment allows our team to move much quicker, with great accuracy and precision.

We also have the ability to send a single crew member out with the Robotic Instrument, this is a great tool for us to gather data, we are able to get the same high level information with just a one person crew!
